1901 Print Stalheim Norway View Mountains Valley Oslo-Bergen Postal Route XGN3

This is an original 1901 halftone print of Stalheim, Norway. Even back then it must have been a place with spectacular views. This area was the inspiration for many painters back in the early 18th century. The best of these, "From Stalheim" 1842, by J.C. Dahl can be seen in Oslo in the National Gallery.
