This is an original 1906 black and white print ad for the Chicago Beach Hotel located at 51st Boulevard and Lake Shore, Chicago, it now houses Regents Park. It once accommodated the Columbian Exposition of 1893. During World War II the military took over the hotel and used it as Gardiner General Hospital, after the war it was demolished.
