This is an original 1907 black and white halftone print of the town of Hopedale which is located in the north of the area of Labrador, Canada. It is the capital of the Inuit Land Claims Area Nunatsiavut which the Nunatsiavut Assembly meets. According to a census from 2006, the population is only 530. Photography courtesy of Dr. W. P.
