This is an original 1911 color photolithograph of a painting by Frédéric De Haenen that portrays King George V of the United Kingdom and British Dominions and Emperor of India acting as Field Marshal and leading a military parade of soldiers in the Corps of Royal Engineers, the Grenadier Guards, the 3rd Battalion of the Prince of Wales's Own Regiment of Yorkshire, the Officers' Training Corps, the 89th (Princess Victoria's) Royal Irish Fusiliers Regiment of Foot, the 10th Royal Hussars (Prince of Wales's Own), the Scots Guards, the Queen's Own Cameron Highlanders, and many other units of the British Army.
