This is an original 1929 black and white halftone print of a bullock cart (ox cart) that is drawn by oxen or cattle in the top image. It is used as a means of transportation since ancient times and is still used today in many places. The cart can also be called a Jinker and is/was used to carry goods.

The bottom image has a Brougham (carriage) for the women of the Zenana. Broughams are light, 4 wheeled, carriages that are intended to enclose the passenger. This particular ornate cart is carried by decorated cattle and assumably on their way to the Temple of Zenana.
