This is an original 1947 black and white photogravure of Greenway Plantation in Charles City County, Virginia. A one-and-a-half story, wood-frame home of beaded clapboard siding and gable roof, the Greenway Plantation is located west of the Charles City Courthouse. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the estate is a distinctive Colonial plantation and was the birthplace of President John Tyler.
