Shown in the map is the Kingdom of York, Stamford, Surrey, Sussex, Kent, Milton, Wiltshire, Eddington, the Isle of Man, Whitherne, the Galloway Picts, Ripon, Cambridge, Bedford, and Northampton, as well as dozens of others.

In the year 910, Edward the Elder defeated a Viking Army at the Battle of Tettenhall, and conquered most of the Danelaw. Seen in this map are the regions of the Kingdom of Wessex, and regions under Danish Rule, as well as others.
