This is an original 1926 color cover for The Etude Music Magazine. This cover depicts a painted portrait of Theodore Presser wearing a dark brown suit jacket, white collared shirt, and red tie with a blue stone set in a golden circle. The cover is of an issue that commemorated Presser's life (1848 - 1925, as written at the bottom center of the image), and the bottom margin reads "Special Tribute Issue to Theodore Presser". Presser has a slight smile, white handlebar mustache, white eyebrows, and powerful blue eyes. There is aged tape alongside the left margin (11.5 inches in length). There is also a .5 inch tear at the bottom right corner where the paper has been removed.
