This is an original 1933 color mini poster for Frigidaire refrigeration with the emphasis on bold type and color rather than illustration.
Period Paper is pleased to offer one of the finest collections of mini posters ever assembled. Currently this collection of mini posters can be found in only a couple of places in the world in its entirety and is typically priced in the $2000-$2500 range for a complete set in this condition. We have worked extensively to secure a few of the collections in partial form and are pleased to offer them individually to our customers. These mini posters required highly skilled work using special materials, inks, and processes. In 1933 Reeves & Son's Ltd., produced for this class of work a range of colors known as "Gouache" colors. These Gouache colors are brilliant as evident on many of the mini posters in this collection. Accompanying each item from this collection will be a copy of the letter from Mr. Richmond to W. G. Briggs & Co. Ltd. The letter thanks this high-end engraving/tone/color specialty company for their interpretation of colors in each 1933 poster reproduction and the high level of skill and craftsmanship shown in each.
This 78+ year old Item is rated Very Fine ++. No aging. No creases. No natural defects. Light scuffing. No tears. No water damage.
