This is an original 1883 photolithograph of a painting by William Hogarth (1697-1764) entitled "The Indian Emperor" or "The Conquest of Mexico by the Spaniards" that depicted the stage performance of Act 4, Scene 4 at the home of John Conduit, Master of the Mint in 1731 during the Georgian era.
