This is an original 1873 black and white in-text wood engraving of an illustration that depicts the Rotunde (Rotunda) building at the Weltausstellung 1873 Wien, (or Vienna World Fair of 1873), that was held in Vienna, Austria-Hungary, Europe from May 1, 1873-November 1, 1873 during the Victorian era. The Rotunde was designed by architect Karl Freiherr von Hasenauer (1833-1894) and was built by Johann Caspar Harkort of Duisburg, Germany. The building burned down in 1937.

This 140+ year old Item is rated Very Fine ++. Moderate aging throughout. Light wrinkling. There is light bleedthrough on this piece from the verso. Some light surface rub. Please note: There is printing on the verso.
