1898 Print Harvard lampoon Christmas Mascot Jester Thresky Yale Princeton HVD1

This is an original 1898 halftone print from a Christmas edition of the Harvard Lampoon. The jester and the minstrel welcome the new arrivals. The Yale Record Owl and Thresky the Ibis watch as the Colby Mule almost falls of the roof, and the Princeton Tiger stares across at Toby, faithful companion of Punch (of Punch and Judy fame). All in all, it looks like a festive evening is in store for everyone.
