This is an original 1906 black and white halftone print of a portrait of Polish lawyer, politician, and social activist, Franciszek Jan Smolka (1810-1899). He served as the president of the Vienna Parliament from 1881-1893 and worked with the Union of Lublin Mound between 1869-1875.
