This is an original 1912 black and white halftone print of the Casa de la Vall (House of the Valley) which is located in the Barri Antic in city of Andorra La Vella. This city is the capitol of the country of Andorra. The Casa de la Vall was built in 1580 as the home of a wealthy family and has been the country's parliament building since 1702.

Andorra is located between Spain and France in the eastern Pyrenees mountains. It is the sixth smallest country in Europe. The official language is Catalan and this nation has the highest capitol in Europe at an elevation of 3,356 ft above sea level.
