This is an original 1914 World War I halftone print of various military scenes including German Scarecrow men with their spiked helmets, meant to fool French scouts, the Germany Calvary, a beautiful cathedral with its classic spires in great danger from siege gun attacks by the Teutons, as well as the pile of rifles Russians left behind when they were thrown against the Prussians at Hohenstein.
This 97+ year old Item is rated Very Fine +++. Light aging throughout. No natural defects. No surface rub. No tears. No water damage. Please note that there is printing on the reverse.
