This is an original 1915 black and white relief line-block print of a drawing by Gordon Home that depicts the historic Roman military fortification called Hadrian's Wall that is located in northern England near the border of Scotland and that was built between 122-128 CE. In 1987, the wall was declared an UNESCO World Heritage Site.
