This is an original 1917 halftone three page (2 pages, 1 double-sided) print featuring images of World War I. The first image shows English troops lined up for inspection prior to leaving for the front lines. The second image featured shows an actual fighting scene of British heavy Howitzers attacking at the Hindenburg Line. Other images featured are a parade of the first round of drafted American soldiers prior to leaving New York, as well as an image of the proper send off by General Bell, Colonel Roosevelt, Mayor Mitchel, Justice Charles E. Hughes and Judge Atton B. Parker. Additional images include American Troops marching past the Houses of Parliament and over Westminster Bridge while being welcomed by England, as well as soldiers saluting King George V. This 94+ year old Item is rated Near Mint / Very Fine. Light aging throughout. No natural defects. Some light surface rub. No tears. No water damage. There is some light fading on some of the images. There is a small blemish on the bottom of the last page. Please note there is printing on the reverse.
