Dacy, and two pie charts including the distribution of the entire Governmental expenditures for the fiscal year 1920 in which 92 percent goes for war and one percent for research, education, and the development; and the right side represents the $57,000,000 constituting the one percent of the national budget allotted to this worthy cause of promoting the public knowledge.
