This is an original 1923 two-page halftone print of Conrad Nagel (1897-1970), an American silent film actor who appeared as an "unspoiled lover" in many films, including "The Fighting Chance," "Midsummer Madness," "What Every Woman Knows," "Sacred and Profane Love," "Fool's Paradise," "Saturday Night," "The Ordeal," "Nice People," "The Impossible Mrs. Bellew," "Bella Donna," and "Grumpy." Please see both images. (Please note that there is printing on the reverse of each.)
Period Paper is pleased to offer a collection of rare halftone prints from The Blue Book of the Screen which was put together in 1923 to showcase the stars of the silent film era. This collection was originally printed on extremely low quality paper in low quantities and is very rare to find.
