This is an original 1927 two-color halftone print of an Italian Renaissance style painting by Raphael Sanzio da Urbino (1483-1520) entitled "Sistine Madonna" or "La Madonna di San Sisto" that portrayed the Virgin Mary holding the Christ child with Saint Sixtus and Saint Barbara to her right and left.
