Joan Blondell (1906-1979) She was born into vaudeville and got her start in the Ziegfeld Follies. In the 30's she played gold-diggers and happy go lucky girl friends. Some of her films include: The Public Enemy (1931) and Blonde Crazy (1931), The Crowd Roars (1932), Gold Diggers of 1933 (1933), and Footlight Parade (1933).

Joan Bennett (1919-1990) The sister of Constance Bennett, she had a long career in the movies including Disraeli (1929), Bulldog Drummond (1929), The Mississippi Gambler (1929), Moby Dick (1930), and Little Women (1933), and which extended into the 60's, and 70's, with "Dark Shadows" a TV Series.
