This is an original 1939 tipped-in color print of English painter John Constable's
The Cornfield, which depicts a young shepherd drinking out of a stream while his dog watches over the ambling flock. He almost exclusively used places near his home in England.

This 72+ year old Item is rated Near Mint / Very Fine. Light aging throughout. Light creasing. No natural defects. No surface rub. No tears. Light moisture wrinkling. Please note that there is printing on the reverse of the mounting board.
