This is an original 1940 black and white print ad for RCA, the Radio Corporation of America, whose research laboratories created the RCA Photophone Sound used in movies like RKO's "They Knew What They Wanted" starring Carole Lombard and Charles Laughton (pictured here in a scene from the movie).
