This is an original 1807 black and white copper engraving of a hay stacking apparatus (fig. 1), the frame of a moveable stacking stage (fig. 3), the stacking stage (fig. 4), the manner of attaching the chains to the stage or scaffold (fig. 5), and the stack with the moveable frame attached (fig. 6).
