This is an original 1875 black and white wood engraving of a "Puff of wind on the Ucayali River" in South America. Because of course a nice, tropical, gentle breeze would have blown all of those birds "beakdown" in the sandy shore. Kudos to the to the illustrator who drew so nicely in such inclement weather.
