1899 Print Mother's Joy Baby Painting Dutch B.J. Blommers Child Birth XAI9

This is an original 1899 halftone print of a new baby and it's mother. The original was painted by Bernard Johannes Blommers, but now is in the possession of Mr. J.H. van Eeghen. Blommers was a Dutch painter and etcher and attended the Hague School. His work is generally loosely painted and he focuses on maritime and genre scenes.
