This is an original 1900 halftone print of an ivory and bronze bust sculpture by the artist Sir George James Frampton (G. Frampton), A. R. A. This statue is entitled "Lamia" (assumably after the Greek myth of Lamia, the Queen of Libya, who turned into a child-eating daemon). Frampton was a notable British sculptor and was part of the New Sculpture Movement.
