This is an original 1901 halftone print of the Island of San Giorgio in Venice Italy. The Church of San Giorgio Maggiore there was designed by Palladio and they began building it in 1566. The site now contains the Cini Foundation Arts Centre which is known for its library and the Teatro Verde open-air theater.
