This is an original 1903 black and white halftone print of Robert III de la Marck, Seigneur de Fleuranges and Sedan, as well as Marshall of France. He made a name for himself during the Battle of Marignano, where he not only had a horse shot underneath him but also contributed so heavily to France's victory that the King knighted him then and there.
