This is an original 1904 halftone print set (comprising two portrait-style halftone prints, single-sided, unattached, with no print on the reverse) of the Harvey Fisk & Sons Bank Building of 62 Cedar Street in New York, designed by the architects Clinton & Russell and built by A. R. Whitney, Jr. & Company Builders of 135 Broadway in New York. Plate LXXXVI shows the exterior architecture of this building and Plate LXXXVII shows the interior entryway.

This 107+ year old Item is rated Near Mint / Very Fine. Moderate aging in margins. Light creasing. No natural defects. Some moderate surface rub. No tears. No water damage. Please note that this is a two-page halftone set, both portrait prints unattached and single-sided with NO print on the reverse.
