1904 Print Trysting Tree Hawthorn Mannoch Robert Burns Coylton Ayrshire XGO4

This is an original 1904 halftone print of the trysting thorn which Robert Burns wrote about in his poem "The Soldier's Return." It was a meeting place for lovers, and although the original hawthorn is long gone, The National Burns Collection planted another one, which still survives today.
