This is an original 1906 halftone print of several gorgeous altarpieces in the Cathedral of St. Victor in Xanten, Germany. In 1936 the cathedral received the distinction from Pope Pius XI of becoming a minor basilica, despite the fact that it has never actually been the seat of a bishop.
