This is an original 1906 halftone print of a portrait by Dutch Painter Paulus Moreelse (1571-1638) entitled "The Little Princess." Born in Utrecht, the Netherlands, during 1571, he was a member of the painters' Guild of Saint Luke, and enjoyed fame as a portrait painter during his lifetime.
