This is an original 1907 1 page article titled, "The Improved Cultivation of Argenteuil Asparagus", by S. L. De Fabry. The article describes the French method of planting asparagus-- deep planting in trenches, and higher ridges. The article writes, "Twenty tons of manure and 500 pounds of sulphate of potash and 500 of ground bone, to the acre, are required, if large asparagus of fine quality is desired".
