This is an original 1907 tipped-in black and white print by Max Beerbohm of Jacques-Émile Blanche, the famous French artist, accompanied by Maurice Polydore Marie Bernard Maeterlinck, the Belgian playwright, poet, and essayist, who won the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1911.
