1910 Print Spearheads Mississippi Valley Archeology Prehistoric Weapon Hunt XGT1

Regular price $43.95 USD

This is an original 1910 halftone print of several beveled spearheads created using the rotary point method. These specimens come from various sites throughout the Mississippi Valley. The spearheads also feature expanded notches, which are incredibly difficult to shape. While these early tools may appear crudely formed today, the method of making these flint implements is a truly lost art.
