This is an original 1911 black and white halftone print of "Farm House in a Coffee and Sugar Estate, Near Orizaba, State of Veracruz." This image brings an entirely new meaning to the term "farm house." In actuality, this image captures a turn of the century hacienda; the translation of "hacienda" means estate, generally being applied to estates similar to the historic plantations of the United States, but also encompassing mines and business factories.
