This is an original 1911 color print of the Assisi Cathedral in Italy. This Umbrian Romanesque style was the third church built on the same site to contain the remains of bishop Rufinus of Assisi.

Collins, William Wiehe

William Wiehe Collins (Aug. 4, 1862 Ð Feb. 16, 1951) was an architectural and landscape genre painter from England. He studied at the Lambeth School of Art in England and Académie Julian in Paris. He exhibited work at many London galleries before serving in the Dardanelles and Egypt in the Navy during World War I. He enjoyed traveling and produced paintings from England, Spain and Italy.
