This is an original 1911 halftone print of the Brick Church and Institute in Rochester, New York. This church was originally erected around 1860 and was designed by architect Andrew Jackson Warner, who constructed the structure in an Early Romanesque Revival style. The church was later rebuilt and modified in architecture by Warner's son J. Foster Warner, who redesigned the building to take on a Lombard Romanesque architectural style. Today, the historic church is known as the Downtown United Presbyterian Church.
