Louis Loeb

(1866-1909) Louis Loeb was born in Cleveland Ohio and his artistic talent was discovered at a young age. He received his advanced art training abroad and studied under Gerome in Paris. Loeb returned to the states and as an illustrator, his work appeared in The Century, Harpers Monthly and many other publications.
