This is an original 1913 halftone print featuring a captivating image of the vista opening up toward Mount Wachusett. The area was cleared by Mr. Bayard Thayer of Lancaster, Massachusetts, and the front gate was designed by architect of the house Mr. Guy Lowell.

This 98+ year old Item is rated Near Mint / Very Fine+. Light aging throughout. No natural defects. No tears. No water damage. There is some bleed through near the borders of image. Please note there is printing on reverse.
