This is an original 1920 black and white halftone print of the tomb of Columbus in the Cathedral of Santo Domingo, the capital of the Dominican Republic. Though officially buried in Spain, a box containing bone fragments and a bullet, with the words "Don Christopher Columbus" was discovered in Santo Domingo, and placed in this shrine.
