This is an original 1921 color print of a patriotic message by President Woodrow Wilson honoring the fallen of World War I. The quotation is framed in a decorative Art Nouveau border drawn by artist Franklin Booth.

Franklin Booth. (1874-1948) Born and raised in Indiana, he was primarily an ink and a pen artist. He was known for his intricate decorative borders which include many fine lines and fanciful images.
