This is an original 1922 sepia Rotogravure of the Obelisk of Luxor, located in Paris, France (Republique Française). The monument originally stood at the entrance to the Luxor Temple in Egypt, and now stands at the center of the Place de la Concorde. It was given to France in 1829. Photography by Van Der Weyde.
