This is an original 1923 color print of the Mausoleum at Halicarnassus, Greece (present-day Bodrum, Turkey). The structure was built for Mausoleus, a ruler of Caria, by his sister, Artemisia. Not surprisingly, Mausoleus is the namesake of the word "mausoleum."
