This 91+ year old Item is rated Very Fine ++. Original portfolio crease. Some light surface rub. 1 inch tear - bottom margin. No water damage. There are several small staple holes and aging along the original center crease. Please note: There is printing on the verso. This item will be shipped folded along the original center crease.
