This is an original 1923 sepia rotogravure of President Harding, his cabinet and other officials exchanging telephone greetings with President Menocal of Cuba; and Senator Harry S. New of Indiana delivering a campaign address by radio from his desk in the Senate Office Building to an audience in Indianapolis, Indiana.
