This is an original 1925 tipped-in lithograph portrait of Thomas Meighan (1879-1936). Meighan began his career as a stage actor and went on to become one of the leading men of the silent screen era. Among his films are: "The Trail of the Lonesome Pine" (1916), "Male and Female" (1919), "The Miracle Man" (1919), "The New Klondike" (1926), and "Peck's Bad Boy" (1934).

Period Paper is offering several pieces of an ultra-rare collection of silent film memorabilia from 1925 and 1926 from Paramount which includes beautifully crafted lithographic prints, hand-mounted onto custom card stocks. This historical collection was created in 1925 to celebrate the upcoming 5th Anniversary of the Paramount Pep Club on March 5, 1926.
