This is an original 1931 black and white print ad for The Benjamin Franklin hotel. The ad comically writes, "Once, after a campaign along the frontier, Benjamin Franklin found he had become so used to sleeping on planks that a comfortable bed kept him awake. We have not heard of anyone sleeping on planks lately, but we have heard many people comment on the luxury of the beds in the Benjamin Franklin Hotel".
