This cover features a portrait of Mark Sullivan, a political journalist and newsgatherer; Sullivan disapproved greatly of The New Deal and his words were published in the New York Herald Tribune. He was an economist and analyst and friend of Herbert Hoover. He was the author of the famous "Our Times", which comprised six large volumes.
